IMF World Congress 2005
Taking place in Vienna, the Congress discussed ways that international solidarity can advance workers' rights. Key topics included:
- Meeting the challenges of offshoring
- Improving the work environment, and
- Fighting for social justice

At Congress, delegates adopted changes to the IMF Rules, increasing the participation of women in IMF structures, and the IMF Action Programme.
